When I went to RDDK for my auto and home insurance they placed me with the Middle Oak Insurance Company. My agent told me that the claims service provided by MiddleOak was second to none. I got to find that out first hand this past September. While driving home I hit a deer and did some damage to my car. I was able to call my RDDK agent on their 24-hour claim line which was nice to know there was someone there when I needed them. The RDDK agent I spoke with was very friendly and understanding. The next day a MiddleOak claims adjuster gave me a call to get things moving . Within a few days I had an estimate and my car was being fixed.
